Absolutely love these guys!!! The level of professionalism and care for their customers is untouchable. I purchased a used car from here about 6 weeks ago. Not only did they have a great selection of vehicles the prices were very reasonable. Matt sat down and walked me through every step of the loan process and answered my million questions. He made the whole experience very easy. Then his mechanics stepped in and made sure I was 100% happy with everything. A few things popped up after the sale but every phone call I made was greated with a understand voice and a quick response with no charge to me. Matt and his team really do want to make sure you happy during the sale and well after. I would recommend this dealership to everyone I know. And I will be going to see them for all of my normal repair work and any future purchases. Excellent customer service!!!

I will update and make a new review later on when I've had my car for a bit but I wanted to review it these guys as I had a great experience today buying a car. I had exhaust issues with my previous car, that were fixed and then broke again this morning on my way to work. I didn't pay much for the car and it wasn't worth putting $500 more into it to fix the problem (the part alone is $250). I was left with trying to find someone who would work with my bad credit and minimal downpayment. Best Buy Auto was recommended by a coworker so I stopped by after work. These guys did everything they could for almost 3 hours, working with their lender and searching their inventory to find a good car that would be within my range for payments. I ended up with a 2010 Mitsubishi Lancer that does have high mileage, but I also have a 2 year warranty as well! The staff was amazing, helped me through the entire process and really provided amazing service. They even temporarily fixed my exhaust so that I could drive it home and back to work before picking up my new car tomorrow without it being insanely loud. I had a great experience and would recommend them again as their service is amazing.
This place is great. I bought a 2012 Dodge Avenger from here and I love it. Had minor issues with the car and Matt (car salesman) was happy to fix anything that was going on wrong with my vehicle. Great place to get a great vehicle for a great low price.
I have bought many vehicles ranging from a brand new $40,000 truck, 3 used cars and the GMC Acadia I bought from Best Buy Auto sales. Each of my vehicles were purchased from different dealerships and Matt and his crew at Waterloo Best Buy Auto Sales by far were the friendliest, professional and easiest to get along with. No pressure to buy. Like most used cars (people get rid of them for a reason) my Acadia had a few problems shortly after purchasing it. Matt fixed it and went back through it with out any questions asked. Even let me use another vehicle while they fixed it. I will be purchasing another vehicle in the future from them for sure.
